Shoes were comfy straight out of the box, I wore it for 10 hours on the first day with no blisters, cramps or aches. But because it's much stiffer then my usual sport shoes, I did find it harder to flex my feet and my feet were a lot more tired than they usually are after a day. It looks like safety boots but that's fine as I'm looking for comfort over aesthetic. I'm a woman with extremely wide and large feet that's why I have to buy men's shoes. The best part was that my size (11 6e) was only $49.95! I'm gonna stock up for sure, thanks Amazon for a great experience.Edited: Heavy rain today and I stepped into a few puddles, and the shoes kept my feet completely dry. My friend who wore sports shoes had those completely drenched, so I'm pleased with the waterproofing abilities of this pair of shoes.These are a great shoe. Well made. Soft leather, not the hard stifff leather that takes weeks to break in. Fit my feet perfectly as soon as I put them on. Best pair of shoes I've had since I had my accident that left blood clots in my legs. I used to wear a 9 1/2 D and now wear a 10 6 E. Have never found shoes that fit me like these. I love them. So do my feet. I wanted to update my review on these shoes. After wearing them almost every day for almost 1 1/2 years now they are as nice as they were when I bought them. Maybe just a little more comfortable but they were comfortable from the start. They have worn great. I expect to get another few years of wear from them. They haven’t broken down at all. I highly recommend this shoe if you are looking for something like these. They are are a great looking shoe too.The shoe fits perfectly and is very comfortable. It looks nice, but after a closer view I seen some defects that I feel like are not supposed to be there. From where the shoe connects to the sole (the rubber or bottom), the leather is patchy and looks like it was colored to cover raw leather. It just looks very bad and cheap. If this shoe is durable and that defect isn't going to cause it to fall apart then I'll probably purchase another pair. I will update this in the future.Very good shoes. Be aware that the Goretex lining locks in foot heat. If your feet sweat a lot and live in hot weather, then Dunham is inappropriate. Otherwise, excellent shoes.Truth be told, this is the only pair of shoes that has lasted a couple of years in my closet. They are very well constructed and have worn extremely well. They are just a little short for a 13, and wide enough as a 6EI have very large feet (12 6E - VERY hard size to find) and these fit really well. The inserts that come with weren't great, but they were better than the ones that came with my New Balance sneakers. Adding the same inserts as I put in my New Balance I think these are actually more comfortable than the sneakers are.Well-made, but too snug. I tried to talk myself into keeping them since they were an attractive, well-made sized 13. Unfortunately, my big toe touched the end and Dunham's 6E is more like a 4E. Not a good return policy and exactly what I have always feared about buying shoes online.He loves these in his hard to find size. Will reorder again. Great seller.
